- Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site the data shown in the comments form is collected and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
- An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
- After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

- Storage: I store all project files in Google Drive, which provides secure cloud storage with encryption
- Retention: I keep project files indefinitely as part of my business records and to provide ongoing support if needed
- Access: Only I have access to your project files – I do not share them with anyone else
Other Data
- Website Hosting: This website is hosted by WordPress, and they have their own privacy practices
- Email: Contact form submissions and email correspondence are stored in my business email account
- Newsletter: Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo

Etsy and Gumroad
- My shop section contains links to my Etsy store and Gumroad store
- When you click these links, you’ll be subject to Etsy’s and Gumroad’s respective privacy policies

- I have opted out of Google’s Gemini
